Is there a Russian-speaking elementary school in Los Angeles?

Is there a Russian-speaking elementary school in Los Angeles?
If there is not, is there an elementary school that would have a similar culture? Also, I know there are language schools in LA, but would they be very useful if you were a child, but could already speak Russian? (NOTE: I am asking this on behalf of my cousin who has lived in Russia for four years. She has a six year old son who was not born in Russia but can speak fluent Russian. My cousin cannot speak Russian as good, and does not want her son to forget the language. They may be moving to LA, but hope to move back to Moscow in a few years, and she doesn't want him to forget the language or culture.)

I don't know of any Russian-language schools as such, although there may be some, but the area of West Hollywood, which is part of the Los Angeles Unified School District, has a large Russian-speaking population, particularly around the area of Plummer Park. In the 2000 census, 18.6 % of the West Hollywood residents claimed Russian heritage and the libraries have heaps of books in Russian and Ukrainian. I imagine the elementary schools have plenty of bilingual personnel, including teaching assistants, since West Hollywood is a magnet for recent immigrants. I'll bet the reference librarians would have a lot of useful information. West Hollywood Public Library http://www.colapublib.org/libs/whollywood/
