Well I'm 18yo and want to get into filming and acting. I have no experience and have no idea how to start or is it too late???

It's never too late. USC is commonly thought to be the best film school in Los Angeles. UCLA and Santa Monica College all have programs as well. There are even private institutions like www.hollywoodu.com that offer excellent but abbreviated courses on the business of being a filmmaker.
